We think it is a GREAT all-in-one printer! Works fine, also the wifi connection. Scan quality is good.

This canon MX350 is JUNK. It doesn’t scan. I searched all over for driver updates and software. I went to the canon site. downloaded the oct. 2010 version of software. AND still the scanner doesn’t work. I use a MAC 10.5.8

The copies it makes are ok. I was hoping for better. Canon used to be my copier of choice esp. for art and photos. But what good a this thing if it really only can copy.
It is a false statement to say it is multifunction, when I can’t even get the scanner to work.

Unhappy user…don’t buy this

it doesn’t work for long.
get a few months, max out of it, then it goes to junk.
it’s trash.
