I have always been impressed by how easy it is to use and I have been very pleased with the quality of each of the features. The scan is truly wonderful, I love how well the fax works, and the print quality is really vivid. While I now work for Sharp, I can honestly say that I have always been really happy with their products. I have never had a single issue with them and they have gotten A LOT of use.
